SMS Terms of Service
1. Program Description
By opting into the Evermore Counsel messaging program, you agree to receive automated and
personalized business text messages (SMS and MMS) via RingCentral. These conversational,
informational, and promotional messages include appointment reminders, scheduling alerts, and
critical updates regarding your estate planning or trust documents. Consent to receive text
messages is not a condition of purchasing any legal services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active legal matters. You will receive routine
appointment reminders prior to scheduled consultations and situational updates as your trust
documents progress through drafting or review.
3. Cost and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging and data fees from your
wireless carrier apply to all incoming and outgoing messages. Check with your mobile provider
for details on your specific plan.
4. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel this SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive
from us. Upon receipt of your STOP message, the RingCentral system will automatically
process your opt-out, send one final confirmation message, and block further text
communications to your number. You can also opt out by emailing info@evermorecounsel.com.
5. Help and Support
For assistance at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages, or
contact our office directly at info@evermorecounsel.com.
6. Strict Privacy and Data Guardrails
We strictly protect your confidentiality. Mobile information, phone numbers, and text opt-in data
will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional
purposes. All information collected is used solely to facilitate your legal services and is governed
by our Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL].
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program or these terms at any time.
